Exchanges

If you have received a product that is not what you expected or you've purchased for the wrong model/compatibility, we are happy to offer an exchange. In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and documentation must be included.
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer support team via email at returns@themobilecollective.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order, providing both your order details and reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with further instructions.

You will be required to ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The product(s) you dispatch are your responsibility until received by The Mobile Collective. Please note that the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty Goods

In the unfortunate event that you receive a faulty product, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. We strive to provide high-quality products, but sometimes manufacturing defects can occur. If you believe your product is faulty, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order.

Our customer support team will work with you to assess the issue and determine the best course of action. This may include providing troubleshooting assistance, arranging for a repair, or offering a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will provide a full refund for the faulty product.

Change of Mind or Wrong Product

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have ordered the wrong product. We encourage our customers to carefully review their orders before completing the purchase to ensure they have selected the correct item.
